Wheaton’s Girls’ Track and Field team competed at the County Championships on Wednesday. The Lady Knights finished in 21st place with a team score of 7 points.

Junior Caroline Djakuduel led the girls with a 3rd place finish in the Discus. Her toss of 99′ 11″ was a huge personal best. Caroline also placed 8th in the Long Jump with a leap of 15′ 1.5″.

Fellow junior Tamia Bowers finished in 9th overall in the 100m dash with a time of 13.04. Tamia also ran a personal best in the 200m with a time of 26.69 seconds.
